Enrollment & Tours
Start with a tour or enrollment inquiry. We’ll review your child’s age, requested schedule, desired start date, and current program availability before enrollment is confirmed.
How enrollment works
We want families to understand the process before making commitments or planning a start date.
Tell us your child’s age, the schedule you need, and when you hope to start. Visit the center and ask program questions.
The center reviews the appropriate classroom, requested schedule, current space, and any program-specific requirements.
Families submit required child, health, emergency contact, authorized pickup, enrollment, and other applicable documentation.
Review tuition and fees, approved schedule, Procare access, center policies, and the confirmed first day before care begins.
What to have ready
Exact required documents depend on the child and program, but families can prepare the following information before the enrollment meeting.
Child’s legal name, date of birth, current care needs, desired start date, and requested weekly schedule.
Current phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, and the adults authorized to pick up the child.
Required health records plus current allergy, medication, dietary, infant feeding, or other documented care information.
School name, dismissal schedule, transportation needs, and any school-calendar information that affects the child’s care schedule.
What we review together
Families should understand the care schedule, tuition and fees, communication system, pickup procedures, health requirements, calendar, and relevant program details before enrollment is complete.

Before your visit
Tuition depends on your child’s program and approved schedule. Ask for the current full-time or part-time rate, applicable fees, and written payment terms. Our team will review the total with you before enrollment.
Yes. Contact the office about your family’s current authorization and the center’s ability to accept a new CCS placement. Availability and a start date must be confirmed before care begins.
Ask about transportation for your child’s school. Routes, seats, school schedules, permissions, and fees are confirmed individually before transportation starts.
Our Anthony ISD partnership includes a Pre-K3 morning session and a Pre-K4 full school day for eligible children. Optional wraparound care is separate from the school session.
