An inquiry provides contact information, your child’s age, care preferences and any message you include. We use this information to respond and discuss tours or enrollment. An inquiry does not enroll a child or reserve a space.

Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, exact dates of birth, payment information or sensitive documents through this public form. Required enrollment and health documents are handled separately with the center.

Website services

Our website is hosted on Webflow. Form processing and security services may process submissions and technical information needed to operate the website and prevent spam. Links to Texas agencies, CCS and social media lead to organizations with their own privacy practices.

Questions or corrections

Contact the center to ask about information you submitted or request a correction. Identify your inquiry without sending sensitive documents.
